      Pros

      Was the best company to work at for the first 15 of the 18 years I have been there. Fantastic salary, opportunity to grow, very professional, tuition reimbursement, 20 days vacation from the start.

      Cons

      GSK does not employ the best leaders in the organization. As most places, it is "who you know", but the managers who were appointed higher positions in the organization has created a mess with morale.

      Passionate people, fair compensation, good benefits

      Cons

      Lots of changes throughout the organization on a relatively frequent basis so it's difficult to see one plan become embedded and bear fruit.

      Compensation package is good. Product pipeline is robust. Patient-focused culture is above industry standard. Talented sales people in specialty divisions

      Cons

      Management takes a reactive versus proactive approach to problem solving. Breadth of experience is valued more than depth of experience. Many mid-level leaders though successful in previous roles are unsuited or unprepared for their current roles.
