      Great No-Skill Job

      Pros

      -No prior experience needed -Full Benefits 3 months in (Health, Dental, Vision, etc.) -Comfortable Indoor environment -Fairly easy and manageable

      Cons

      -Your job depends on people giving you 5 star reviews, and people not giving you low reviews, and you can't proactively prompt them to reveiw you (in case if you felt they would give you a 5 star) -It is a customer service position, so the job is inherently demeaning. It's nothing over the top, but still, you have to go out of your way to suck people's [redacted]. And if you when you do, if you get a bad review despite doing a good job, then you're at fault for not sucking hard enough. Again, nothing over the top, but man it sucks knowing your employment is based on strangers proactively going out of their way to give you a review.

      Pros

      - Some of the people you get to work with are amazing and you can make some pretty good friends

      Cons

      - incompetent employees being kept while employees that performed well are let go - Wages are not "Competitive" like they post, they will underpay you and their wages are not aligned with the average wages of the roles they hire for - They claim to be a "Global Company" But only focus on certain regions to grow that cost's the least for them and doesn't make an effort to grow all of their regions or allow their employees to support inter regionally. After launching communications about being "one team globally" - The benefits are horrible (Dental, Vision, Health, Retirement) I've attempted to sign up for the retirement benefits but the benefits team is no help what so ever

      Pros

      - Remote working opportunities - Fixed hours of work - Generally an easy job once you've mastered the systems and the scripts

      Cons

      - Long working hours. Often times more than 3 hours between breaks. Wellbeing not prioritised. - Management focussed on targets only - many management members are not sympathetic to employee needs. Treated like machines. - Unclear working practices - different managers saying different things - Shifts are often not laid out well (e.g. a late shift finishing at 9pm and then an early shift the next day at 8am). Also sometimes you have to go days in a row without a break. - Weekends are not given. Bank holidays are also working days.
