Pros

Working from home is the only one!

Cons

Min wage for what’s essentially a complaints role most other jobs if this nature pay £12.50 starting, not all agents treated fairly for example some are given more late shifts which finish at 10pm than others, communication is ooor from their client take a lot of slack for changes they make but don’t tell their front line staff of customers until they start calling in! Told no one could have time off in December but again many agents given Christmas off and some middle management even boosted about having 3 weeks off! Support is poor of an evening shift when no team leaders in who get given most weekends off to! Even changing their name from Sitel as that had a bad reputation has not helped! Promoted a perk of the job was weekly pay which they advertised with the job, now taking that away and forcing everyone to have monthly pay whether they like it or not. A lot of statistics for the job and tick boxes by managers.

Pros

This is a call centre. where you work in 24 hrs shift. You will talk to several people. You will be 6 minutes to complete the case.

Cons

I strongly advise against considering this company. My experience with Foundever, formerly Sitel, in Portugal has been quite challenging. The company's treatment of its employees raises serious concerns. Despite mentioning a 5.1 EUR hourly pay on the payslip, the actual pay is only 3 EUR/hr. Team Leaders consistently pressure employees to meet targets, enforcing a strict six-minute timeframe for each case and requiring a minimum of 18 open cases simultaneously. This workload places a significant burden on employees, affecting both performance and well-being. Issues with compensation, including deductions from meals, bonuses, and extra hours, are common. The HR department's lack of competence is evident, with poor responsiveness to emails and a tendency to redirect concerns to Team Leaders. The company's system seems designed to discredit or penalize employees systematically. It's worth noting a pattern of hiring individuals at low salaries for short-term contracts, followed by frequent terminations. This strategy avoids providing raises or benefits. Diversity initiatives seem disingenuous, as employees from diverse backgrounds, including Asians, Mexicans, and Latin Americans, are often exploited. The company's approach can result in a significant negative impact on personal and professional aspects of life. It's essential to be cautious about the company's self-reported ratings on its website, as they may not accurately reflect the actual work environment. Career advancement opportunities appear limited. Overall, joining this company may lead to financial loss, compromised freedom, diminished creativity, strained relationships, and a significant impact on one's quality of life. It's crucial to carefully consider these aspects before deciding to become part of this organization.

Bullsh*t

Pros

Theres none, You would say working at home but its not really what you think, Its mentally draining

Cons

Working in colombia for foundever.. its just bullsh*t you get told off for everything and the environment is horrific, Some senior agents talk behind your back through whatsapp to other senior agents, which I have seen for myself because some of them are not professionals and share their whatsapp screens by accident while on meetings, the environment of this whole job is just so unmotivating which was one of the reasons why I left, Coaches dont even know what they are doing they all give advice which is contradicting from each other so the one who gets in trouble at the end is you, As a native English speaker, I also found it ridiculous that some coaches could correct your interactions and even give you a warning, despite their poor English grammar and sentence structures and the fact that they were qualified as coaches. You will be also getting told off 24/7 there is no break of it for real, You can't even take a day off for those who have emergency situations in their family, I've had emergency situations with family and apparently it wasn't enough for them to give me a day off! Theres so much more, But I would highly not recommend for your own mental health, This is depressing, a problem I have complained about as well as some of my friends who work for Foundever Colombia.
