Pros

WFH and some of the employees are nice. You get your P&C license, and most CX are nice.

Cons

The company training was more than lacking. Meetings to go over issues and continued training will happen much less than it is supposed to, which makes improving hard. Metrics are crazy. You have to clock in and be on the phones immediately, but you aren't supposed to open anything work-related until you clock in?! You have 2-15 min breaks and a lunch. All of which you will have to shorten to unlock-log back into your tools. Leaving a very short break. Any ADA compliance is questionable at best. Leaves and accommodations are done 3rd party and good luck getting anything through alight. I applied to a cx service job but was thrown into the licensed agent role. That was a major surprise during training. All in all it is a mess. Very little direction and getting any substantial help is not easy. Just check your guidelines and figure it out ^-^

Worst Call Center Job Ever

Pros

They send equipment, which a lot of companies do now honestly. Paid on time.

Cons

Everything I can think of. This company is absolutely horrible. If you are looking for wfh, look elsewhere unless you get hired onto an account other than Intuit. The training is only 10 days and you will not be prepared because it consists of modules. The trainer is just a moderator in the virtual classroom. I have worked at several call centers and this is by far the worst one. I felt extremely unprepared going into the production and I’m not alone. Most of my co workers feel the same. It’s not worth the headache and neither is the pay, which is pretty low. Absolutely no one responds to questions in the main support channel, they expect you to hit metrics that aren’t realistic with the tools they provide, and even their Tier 2 support is horrible and useless! Run FAR FAR AWAY!!! I should’ve listened to the negative reviews and known better when an interview wasn’t ever required. I will never apply to this company ever again. Idk whose people stay at this place and/or are giving it 5 stars. It’s definitely NOT. 0’s across the board if I could.

poor management

Pros

Break room was nice. Colleagues good

Cons

Where to start? Management here are incredibly poor at their job. Certain upper managers seem to have a "staff are disposable" mindset. Constant rotating door of staff. Enough that they have 2 full time trainers, who train a new group every 2nd week each. The Clients aren't happy with the company as with an almost constantly new workforce, many mistakes keep happening. Rather than making an effort to keep current staff, they pander to new staff until they are out of training. The stark contrast between training and "going live" is incredible. Many people quit fairly quickly once they realise how difficult it is to keep up with KPIs and expectations.
