The training is horrible. The communication was nil. I had several coaches, some that never spoke to me, one that only communicated to threaten me with write ups. 13 in 2 days of coming to his team. I assume that was his management style. But mostly they pretty much leave you alone. They won't let you chat with peers about cases. Peer chats are dead. They send you to a special chat for questions where they respond once to ask for details and then ignore you and move on to another person only to do the same thing. Your tools are constantly down. The system is outdated. No feedback, except group feedback and once a month QA. HR and helpdesk are a joke.

You're micro-managed. They have someone whose job is to monitor everybody's phone status and they call out supervisors on walkie talkies if someone is a minute over on their break or is taking too long between calls. Factory-like. Supervisors get stressed out by constant crap from the walkie talkies and pass it on to their staff. Gets old. Pay is way too low, caps at 12/hr after 2 years on the job.
