Pros

Very easy to get hired, Secret Shopper program is nice, you'll learn lots of skills at once which can easily help you get a similar job in the future.

Cons

No proper training. This was my first job and in the middle of the lunch rush at a popular Manhattan location, they gave me a 5 minute demo of how everything works and then I was left alone to juggle an endless stream of guests. When I was going too slow or doing something incorrectly, my co-workers would yell or get an attitude with me. Manager was no where to be found. Very stressful, not worth the $8/hr.

Pros

advancement for anyone willing to work for it, bonus money available from day one for every employee

Cons

As of 2/1 all facial hair must be removed, all employees must be clean shaven. For a chain that calls a unisex tee shirt and baseball cap a uniform and pays minimum wage this is a joke
