Pros

Free food, secret shopper bonuses, and definitely a wake up call to the fast paced work environment.

Cons

Minimum wage for very hard labor. Managers think they are on top of the world. Anyone who tends to be successful, is very cocky.

Pros

The crew i am working with is amazing, really friendly and always willing to have fun. Managers are approachable. The career opportunities are high, however that does not mean you will get much of a higher salary. Free meal when on shift.

Cons

After some months most of the good people had left to another job. The percentage of people who quit is very high. It may be due to the amount of hard work you must put into the job, management not being able to properly manage or making bad decisions and also the low wage. No discounts given to employees or any benefits at all.

Pros

Free lunch, slightly flexible hours, bonuses and tips, the opportunity to get called in for extra hours, promotion opportunity, uniform provided (Not shoes)

Cons

Favoritism, Extremely low pay (I've worked here 3 years and I still make minimum wage. No raise), If you deny a call to work, you may not be called again, Too much work for not enough pay, dress code is way too serious for the pay and line of work, promotions are more so based on favoritism rather than work ethic and leadership skills, hours can be cut at any moment (no amount of hours are guaranteed), Unsteady schedule, work holidays and weekends, inexperienced management, occasionally close at night then open the following day, Power hungry management
