Pros

Free food is probably the only good reason to work here. My store lets you have as much as you want. Also the job itself is fairly easy after training.

Cons

You'll never have a steady schedule. I don't know if I'll work 18 hours or 40 when the next week comes. Most employees are Hispanic so there is also a language barrier which makes essential communication difficult and makes for a frustrating work day for everyone involved. Scheduling is a mess. People who are in with the management can leave before there shift is over and then make up the hours another day, meaning you get less. They can have me come in for 3 hours and one of the other workers will be working for 12. Lots of preferential treatment for people who know the guy who does hiring. Even though I am told I'm doing a great job I am under appreciated and never can get hours when I want. You will be called in when you are off and if you can't come in they will get angry even though they didn't give you advanced notice. It's just very stressful and not worth working there unless you personally know the owner of the franchise then you can work how many hours you want whenever and walk all over the other people who work here.
