Fun environment and great co-workers

Cons

Crap hours, overly anal about tasks, unforgiving for illnesses or ailments, didn't follow through on legal requirements

Pros

free food, nice staff members, good team work and could be a laugh, secret shopper bonus

Cons

very long hours, sometimes a 12 hour shift with only a 20 min break (including them making your free food order for lunch), managers can be on too much of a power trip and if you did not get 100% on your secret shopper there would be trouble. In the first few weeks in my store 10-15 people were fired for really petty things, very high turn over.
