Pros

Free meal, you can arrange you hours to fit around another job.

Cons

They will cut you out of the schedule if they are not busy, promise raises but that's about as far as you get, management position is a one dollar raise with a much heavier workload

Hours, Food, Secret Shopper Bonuses (only if you have a good manager & team)

Cons

Management doesn't lead, they hire anyone to manage which creates an environment of unprofessionalism. They don't give hard working employees raises. Favoritism , racism & sexism
