I use to love this job, but they changed

Pros

Promote within the company. Work with school for the most part. Manger so work on all sections, not just stand around. They are working managers.

Cons

No work/ home Time. They say family means a lot but its lies. Horrible health plan for hourly managers. Somewhere in the last two year things changed. and they stop caring for the crew as much and was worried more about numbers. It wasn't like that at first. They cared about the crew.

Pros

Secret shopper bonus Good food Fast food training for multiple industries and restaurants Very unique company where the focus is properly placed on the experience, instead of marketing.

Cons

Management changes frequently, which diffuses team moral and synergy. No higher level employee I had contact with understood that's offered benefits and health care information given when enrolling for the position.

Good at first. Management changed. The new general manager at my store was a rude lady and she didn't like anyone.

Pros

A lot of the red shirts were cool and easy to talk too. Some management tried there best and made your job easier while others didn't.

Cons

Most management sucks . And when the ones who work hard didn't get recognized they got put down instead. New upper manager made it even worse for the company. The year and a half I worked there was fun and then it turned horrible.
