Not Worth The Effort

Pros

The layout of there restaurant is easy to move around in and easy to find what you need. Partial uniform free (Non-slip shoes and shirts and hat) Free meal for shifts of at least six hours (two items)

Cons

The training was terrible. Was told was moving too slow. In the end, I would get blisters from trying to sweep quicker with brushes and pans too short for average height. Hard to tell genuine people from people pretending as staff would tell me I was doing great and then in reports I was told everyone thought I was terrible and not improving. Was told I would be paid final two weeks and didn't have to attend the last week and was never paid for it. Wasn't that busy so hours went slower. Managers complained when I didn't ask questions then complained I asked too many questions. You could get strange shifts so you ate meals really early or really late. For example 11am to 8/9pm. Food not worth the hype. Received burgers that didn't taste fully-cooked and tons of salt on the fries. In my location, they seem to keep firing people before the three months and hiring new people the week before they leave.

Not Worth It

Pros

Fast paced work environment. Very easy work overall. Good job for people who love working on a team. If you work hard, it is easy to move up in the work place.

Cons

Management & higher ups do not seem to care for their employees. Pay is too little for the amount of work they expect out of crew members. I have worked there 10 months and not once been given the opportunity for a raise, I make minimum wage. Managers do not talk to you one on one about your work performance. A lot of gossip between managers & co-workers, specifically about other crew members. A very toxic and negative environment behind the scenes. If you are unhappy working, they do not care. No set schedule either. I went from 35 hours to 24 in one week.
