Really care about the people in the stores. Employers help you feel comfortable with job.. If they let you because you are not qualified.. they care about how you will provide for your family.

Cons

There are none really..it is a business run like a business...the company needs to profit. So there are the normal economic issues and insurance issues. That is just expected..
