Pros

Best tasting burger of any chain. Highest quality and most expensive raw materials used coupled with the highest attention to food safety and brand consistency.

Cons

Market becoming too crowded and costs increasing too sharply to stubbornly cling to limited menu and no advertising philosophy.

Pros

Free food while working. That is it.

Cons

Upper Management!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The district manager lies to cover there own butts at the cost of the employees! When corporate took over the newly promoted DM has a power trip and when you take your issue to HR she covers it up by saying "hes a teddy bear". If your looking for a career KEEEP LOOOKING!
