Pros

Extremely clean, free food, meet interesting people who work there

Cons

Almost OCD manager, needed everything (straws, napkins, etc.) constantly full to the brim, worked us to the bone mopping and sweeping grease and fries constantly and closing the store around 2am

Pros

- Above minimum wage pay to start - Easy to get promoted to Shift Leader

Cons

- Owners were extremely greedy, kept lowering labor percentages, which meant skeleton crews every day - Management would change shifts so we didn't get to receive full time benefits - Coworkers were all young and unreliable

Pros

Free meal every shift. Secret shoppers visit stores twice a week. If they leave a good report, each crew member on the shift gets a pretty decent bonus to their paycheck that week.

Cons

Expected to be legitimately excited to cook burgers and fries all day. I understand how to put on a friendly face for a customer, but I can't stand when management wants me to feel lucky that I get to serve people overpriced cheeseburgers.
