      A good company in a competitive sector

      Pros

      I worked 3 years at Faurecia and I have to say that the company is not bad considering the sector. It innovates, it has a good commercial team and nice people overall.

      Cons

      The main problem is the automotive sector. Margin are very low and therefore the wages are not competitive compare to other industry.

      Pros

      innovative & very dynamic company. Rapid growth. A real international mindset - lot of cultural diversity. good values - people are respected by their colleague but also by the hierarchy

      Cons

      difficult to see/feel application of the people development strategy shown in beautiful PPT on "real" life. There is no enough means for managers to develop their people lack off harmonization between the BGs, sometime we could feel that Faurecia is a group of different company.

      The automotive industry is a tough environment and not for the faint hearted. Faurecia at least develops you to be successful In all companies career development is a 2 way street. Commitment and flexibility work well in Faurecia to achieve success
