... the Nanterre HQ, especially HR, is populated with either stooges or snakes, and the top management is micro-managing everything, as those guys don’t trust their people and believe everyone is either a thief, a child or a lazy person. Flee if you are the kind that takes initiatives, wants to be assessed on results rather than on tasks, and if you’re a non-French. You’ll get nothing but painful management, disappointment and frustration in the best case scenario. And also, forget about work/life balance and home office; those guys are probably hated by their family and think everyone should be the same.
