innovative & very dynamic company. Rapid growth. A real international mindset - lot of cultural diversity. good values - people are respected by their colleague but also by the hierarchy
Cons
difficult to see/feel application of the people development strategy shown in beautiful PPT on "real" life. There is no enough means for managers to develop their people lack off harmonization between the BGs, sometime we could feel that Faurecia is a group of different company.
