Pros

There are great, truly honest, passionate and dedicated people in this company in all countries. I work with them every day and they're the reason why I'm still here. Everyday work always offers opportunities and new challenges if you know how to expedite your boss bureaucratic requests.

Cons

The top management and so called SM cult (95% of men above 50; women, run away from this company) is short minded, with a primary focus on bi-annual FVC and perks. The CEO's main concerns aretwofold over controlling what his people do to not get stabbed, and getting a new toy car for the coming weekend (Aston, Maserati, BMW i8... you name it). Not to mention the former one (Y Delabriere) signing a 20 M€ deal with Capgemini - with no Rfp - while he's a member of CG's board of directors. Code of ethics at its best! Last: HR policies belong to the 19th century, at least in France. Young professionals shall wait several years before they get variable compensation (FVC), no extra if you get family events, home office is now introduced, but the weekday worked from home has to be set in stone, very few receive training. They call it "meritocracy", while we all spend hours on the job!

Pros

-Salary -Health insurance -Overall package is good -Canteen is not that bad to eat lunch

Cons

-No career development -You are judged by the impressions not to work you do -You shouldn't leave the office before your manager. Possibly not before 6 pm. Even though you finish all your work. This is required just for the image. -Once the management decides about you impossible to change about it - Work environment is toxic, nobody smiles in the office. - Every 3 months an employee is taking a burnout leave. due to high stress in the job -Turnover in the company is huge * Do not recommend to anyone unless it is your last chance. The salary will attract you do not fail to trap.

Pros

Company that gives the opportunity to young people to get experiences abroad. People are mostly friendly, good to work with. You learn a lot of things. You can get good opportunities if you run after the HR. There are trying to implement a culture in every part of the world but if the management don't follow Faurecia value, don't expect people to follow...

Cons

Not a lot of recognition. Big company so sometimes you can feel like you're just a number. Propose jobs at last minute. Not enough career follow up by HR. Some people seems to spend all their life at work... go get a life ... I was a bit shocked in some trimestrial meetings of how management "threat" employees that the plant might close because labor is cheaper elsewhere and there are less absenteism elsewhere. It was like : if you want to keep your job: work a lot, don't be sick, accept we pay you low salary and shut up...
