Pros
There are great, truly honest, passionate and dedicated people in this company in all countries. I work with them every day and they're the reason why I'm still here. Everyday work always offers opportunities and new challenges if you know how to expedite your boss bureaucratic requests.
Cons
The top management and so called SM cult (95% of men above 50; women, run away from this company) is short minded, with a primary focus on bi-annual FVC and perks. The CEO's main concerns aretwofold over controlling what his people do to not get stabbed, and getting a new toy car for the coming weekend (Aston, Maserati, BMW i8... you name it). Not to mention the former one (Y Delabriere) signing a 20 M€ deal with Capgemini - with no Rfp - while he's a member of CG's board of directors. Code of ethics at its best! Last: HR policies belong to the 19th century, at least in France. Young professionals shall wait several years before they get variable compensation (FVC), no extra if you get family events, home office is now introduced, but the weekday worked from home has to be set in stone, very few receive training. They call it "meritocracy", while we all spend hours on the job!
