Pros

My tasks are clearly set each week, but I am also allowed to make my own choices and be creative. The workload is manageable and easy to fit around a busy student schedule. Basically, it is great to be able to feel comfortable while working, knowing that I am provided with full support.

Cons

A part of my work involves liaising with staff and board members of societies, which are often hard to contact and slow to respond. This reliance on other people sometimes makes it difficult for me to get my weekly tasks done on time.

Pros

The job does not involve a fixed timetable allowing me to decide when I will work each week, giving me flexibility so that I can balance my university work and social life around my weekly tasks.

Cons

It can be difficult to motivate myself to get the tasks done early in the week when I know the timetable is so flexible. However I try to organise a time to complete the tasks early in the week to ensure that they are completed on time.

This best thing is that I can work my own hours, and I can plan it around my University work, which is very helpful! I am studying an IT course at Greenwich university and and it has taught me a lot about the field of work I can go into after I have finished my degree.

Cons

As I am working from home, sometimes it is hard to find the motivation to work during exam weeks.
