      Pros

      There is a good work life balance. This role gives me the flexibility of completing the tasks around my weekly schedule. There are opportunities to network with different societies and people. The tasks are always interesting and that is what keeps me motivated to accomplish them.

      Cons

      There are hardly any Cons for this role. I'm assigned interesting tasks and I'm paid on time. Sometimes it is hard to find motivation when exams are ahead.

      Pros

      Tasks are clearly specified at the beginning of every week. Seniors are very helpful, polite and supportive. No mental pressure to do more work. A lot of experience gained. Working with big name. Earning little money too ;-)

      Cons

      Honestly, I haven't found any cons so far, if I will find one then I'll definitely share it with you guys. You are paid money on time, tasks are clear, seniors are friendly, what else do you expect from a company? I am happy to be part of FDM :-)
