A company that doesn't think about welfare of employees

It's a good opportunity for graduates for the first 2 years Good chance to get high profile employers on your CV Chance to relocate and work in different area of the country/world

Cons

No incentives after 2 years even if you become a permanent employee Doesn't support relocation or reimburse relocation cost (not a good way to encourage employees) Poor relationship between account managers and employees/contractors (not true for all account managers) Poor response from Admin and Finance teams

Great way to start a career in IT

Pros

I got really thorough training to prepare me for working as a consultant, and had interviews with top companies, one of which I am working as a consultant at now. It is a great way to get commercial experience, particularly with big companies that are usually difficult for fresh graduates with no experience to get a job with.

Cons

Need to be flexible with location of placement, and may need to re-locate when working as an IT consultant. However this is worth it for the great opportunities available and even though I relocated initially I have been on the same client site for the last 18 months.

Cons

The training is unpaid, but the pro's out-weigh the con's. If you can afford to support yourself financially through the training up until you are placed then it is well worth doing!!
