      Bemused a company can exist like this

      Good salary, good immediate manager whom tried their best to shield me and allowed me to “get on with it”

      Cons

      - Offer a 37 hour contract, but all work packages are 40 hour weeks (cheap tactic) - Was told about flexi time, only to be told on joining that I did not quality - Company processes are paid lip service and never followed - Directors assign engineers with wrong qualifications on to tasks - Despite winning work and building a rep, they would not invest in my area despite pleas, resulting in work having to be declined (1 person only, Human bottle neck) - Mistreatment of staff (not me, but others) - General incompetence where the seniors know nothing of the domain they are responsible for - Seniors cannot present and effective waffle (bad example to younger engineers) - Advertise a grad scheme, but from what I saw, there was very little to help these new engineers with their early career. - Office is absolutely disgusting and the toilets are falling apart.... when they’re actually functioning

      Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We were already aware of some of your concerns and have worked hard over the last few months to resolve them. As a former employee, you may not be aware of these changes but there have been some updates to the Management team within our Systems and Software business. The office is also currently not in use because the majority of staff are working from home due to the current pandemic. However, on their return, essential maintenance will be made to the office or employees will be moved to our nearby Bristol office. We have only just received the results of our Employee Survey and are encouraged to see improvements in all areas and to report that employees value Expleo as being a good place to work. We hope that the recent changes have contributed to these results.

      Very good work culture, flexible and employee friendly, work from home and lot of activities for employees. Very good work life balance Ample leaves. Good supporting team. Can learn new technologies. Cab Facility. There are many...

      Thank you for your feedback which is helpful to us to reflect on when working on our future engagement strategy. It is reassuring to know that the team you work in are supportive and that it is a busy and thriving office. Management communications are important to us and we work hard to ensure weekly stand ups take place to give staff the opportunity to ask questions and understand business updates and progress. Team leaders also run weekly meetings for their own project teams. We are therefore unsure why communication has been lacking for you at times. However, we do try to ensure our Management team are as transparent in their communications as possible. We hope your future experiences are positive and encourage you to feed back to your employee representatives or people services team if you require any support.
