5yThank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We were already aware of some of your concerns and have worked hard over the last few months to resolve them. As a former employee, you may not be aware of these changes but there have been some updates to the Management team within our Systems and Software business. The office is also currently not in use because the majority of staff are working from home due to the current pandemic. However, on their return, essential maintenance will be made to the office or employees will be moved to our nearby Bristol office. We have only just received the results of our Employee Survey and are encouraged to see improvements in all areas and to report that employees value Expleo as being a good place to work. We hope that the recent changes have contributed to these results.
