Thank you for your feedback which is helpful to us to reflect on when working on our future engagement strategy. It is reassuring to know that the team you work in are supportive and that it is a busy and thriving office. Management communications are important to us and we work hard to ensure weekly stand ups take place to give staff the opportunity to ask questions and understand business updates and progress. Team leaders also run weekly meetings for their own project teams. We are therefore unsure why communication has been lacking for you at times. However, we do try to ensure our Management team are as transparent in their communications as possible.
