Pros

Flexible hours and travel discounts, the industry is very dynamic and there is always something new going on or a crisis somewhere that impacts your work - this makes it interesting and challenging.

Cons

ridiculous things you have to say, AHT not measured appropriately for flight calls, content on website is often inadequate or incorrect

Pros

Decent starting salary, good training (although the class is two weeks and could be about 2 months instead), smart coworkers.

Cons

The job isn't very 'hard' , but it is stressful and people yelling at you isn't very much fun. Advancement is easier than it should be, but not past the basic level.

Pros

There are few opportunities elsewhere in this economy so I stay. The pay is average at best but it is good to have a recognizable name on the resume.

Cons

I have been doing the same things for a while now. I don't know if there is a chance to move up. Other employees seem bored but that must be the nature of our work.
