      Elite level consulting firm with a strong history and takes great care of consultants while deployed

      Cons

      Does a lousy job of enculturating experienced hires; if you weren't recruited out of an elite business school and worked your way up, there is NO chance to network internally or adapt to the closed culture.

      Compensation is comparable to MBB at senior consultant level

      Cons

      You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
