      Pros

      Working with smart people, practical approaches to strategy and interesting consulting work make this a great place to be. Encourages entrepreneurial independent thinking and mentor relationships to learn and grow from others around you.

      Cons

      Lot of movement (in and out) since last year given the combination with PwC. Movement like this is inevitable at a time of change for the organization. Hard work, long hours and lots of travel.

      Compensation is comparable to MBB at senior consultant level

      Cons

      You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
