Pros

* People, people, people - at Strategy& we work with the brightest people and you will go through a steep learning curve at any point in your career * Entrepreneurial spirit - both personally and professionally you will get the chance to work for great clients on extremely challenging problems. When you can crack the case consistently your career will be accelerated * Benefits - high monetary and non-monetary rewards compared to other consulting firms. Also, vacation is valued by the firm and you should take advantage of it * Coaching - the focus is on you. You will be challenged continuously by your teams and clients to further accelerate personal growth * Firm - we are the only strategy house which has over 200k people leverage in PwC to do execution. No other strategy consulting firm provides this capability and will be able to provide it * Global experience - if you want to work cross borders you will work cross borders. We are in 157 countries and secondments / transfers are greatly promoted

Cons

* Work life balance maybe suboptimal at times, but you get flexibility to take rest to energize for the next engagement

Pros

You can get a good amount of beach time. If you have a lot going on in your life, that may be a good thing. If you are young and need to learn, don't let that happen. Being busy and grinding (within reason) is more worth it than things being too chill. Some projects that had travel had good culture.

Cons

Layoffs all the time for wrong reasons, way too remote with no ability to get young and hungry people the experience in person they need. Always stressing about utilization.
