      Great place to learn through access to intellectual capital. Exposure to wide variety of projects and courses. Optionality to bounce around between different functional areas.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. Management is not invested in professional development. Very very cut throat, long hours, minimal collaborative culture.

      Compensation is comparable to MBB at senior consultant level

      Cons

      You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
