      Smart and riven people Will learn tons in short span Great junior teams

      PwC shoved their one size fits all approach around process and culture to Booz, destroying any semblance of working for a top tier mgmt firm Politics, or “developing relationships”, more important than the quality of work Majority of Booz senior partners left Junior partners have no choice but to stay

      Compensation is comparable to MBB at senior consultant level

      Cons

      You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
