      Great crew of smart people who enjoy working together on tough problems. The best is the close knit culture of the Chicago office - people work hard, but still enjoy hanging out together after hours.

      Cons

      Travel. It's a fact of life, but it can be hard.

      Compensation is comparable to MBB at senior consultant level

      Cons

      You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
