      - Cut pay at all junior levels after promotion - Bonuses lowered to silly levels (c.£1000) - Gloating that average earnings per employee have increased - Work starting to dry up as Bain captures the entire CDD market in tech - all staff openly discussing leaving (toxic atmosphere)

      Compensation is comparable to MBB at senior consultant level

      Cons

      You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
