Pros

• Great for interns or people desperate for work • Great for people who just want a paycheck and dont necessarily care about best practices, or skilling up. • Kind coworkers. • Good benefits

Cons

• EXTREMELY micromanagey. This is the kind of management that will go around to the other side of your desk just to look at your monitor. You will NOT be treated like a professional here - instead you will be untrusted and put on a tight, mismanaged leash. • Racist “jokes”, pictures of girls, and constant sarcasm in Teams all day from management. Meetings are filled with sarcasm and throwing shade. This is not a place for professionals. • They stare at your Teams status to make sure you're not “Idle”. They call you on Teams randomly, without any heads up prior, then complain you are “Hard to reach” when you call them back 5 minutes later. Be very cautious about working here if bad management is a dealbreaker. • They ignore best practices, and are constantly putting out flames because management is scares of losing their job and doesn’t know how to say “No”.
