      They do care about their employees, hold many events and have many programs for the employees.

      Cons

      The pay is does not compensate for the number of yours and type of work you do. I'd like either the pay to increase or the number of hours to decrease

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
