Pros

Great people to work with on the lower levels of the production and quality side

Cons

Management is horrible (especially the QA supervisor, often said things that were extremally inappropriate and racist and also showed no respect towards his workers). No work/life balance (vacation time was held over my head as a negotiation tactic to make me work extra hours and weekends). Very minimal raises given out annually (3% max, if your lucky). Promotions are often given to suck ups and not the hard workers who deserve it.

High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
