      Pros

      Salary(though less) is always on time.

      Cons

      1) Payslip will never give you happiness. 2) No job security. 3) Experience gained here doesn't count elsewhere. ( better to upgrade on your own) 4) "Increment" is not found in management's dictionary. 5) No work-life balance (its a nightmare !!)

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
