Pros
Pros – Vacation and Healthcare are exceptional. Salary lower than one might expect. They have domestic partner benefits for the GL community. Long hours expected from executives that often arrive late, and most executives go home first out the door.
Cons
Cons – no possibility to move forward at corporate for the French, no quality training, management exemplifies partiality to those that speak French. They constantly make obvious errors, and blame non French speakers. Often do not return phone calls, do not return emails to team members, or others, and do not share important information to staff members. They often document all mistakes to the wrong person, and credit themselves for the hard work of others.
