Pros

Easy to get in the door, Loads of Hours

Cons

-What Kind of company has the two available shifts from 5:30am-3:45pm and 3:45pm-2:30am? There is no way to have a life outside this place; its simply impossible, you either are in bed by 9pm, or working when normal people are out and about. Slogan of the floor: "Think of all the money we're saving you." -Management always swapping people around because of drama of who is sleeping with who. -Training managers catchphrase seems to be "See? anyone can get a job here." with new groups of hires. -Don't even think about saying the word "Union" or you'll be gone in a day. -"Can you work overtime" translates to "We work 58 hours minimum a week, in addition to weekends." -The company for the last 5 months has been a consistent 2 months behind schedule (and orders keep piling up) and management continues to blame the production workers; including any new hires. It's an easy job to get, but for $13.00, which is barely above minimum wage, you can find much better that won't make you hate getting up at noon/midnight.
