      Good Salary compared to others for freshers and good brand name :) not proffessional though. good recreational activities.

      Cons

      High peer pressure. low % of appraissal, no good HR to take care of personnel issues. lack of proper management.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
