      None. Very Toxic Workplace. No raises and bad senior management

      Cons

      Would rather work in Walmart scanning groceries. Seriously low salary. Hardly any PTO. Benefits suck. Expected to work 24/7. Hiring team are terrible. I should of ran away when I got the gut feel something was off. They do not know how to do their job. Constantly let down good people with job offers.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
