Pros

The product you sell is top notch and that is pretty much it.

Cons

No holiday pay, no work/life balance at all, favoritism, unprofessional management, no career growth, no schedule rotation, they work you as a full timer, but don’t give you insurance. Would never recommend to anybody

Hello Boutique Specialist, Thank you for your time spent at Nespresso and for recognizing our coffee as ‘top notch’, we take pride in providing quality products to our customers. We make it a priority that our store managers are provided with extensive training to ensure they’re able to lead fully capable teams. Although you are no longer with our company, please know we’ve always encouraged employees to work directly with their managers to resolve any issues related to one’s career path and/or work-life balance; our HR business partners are also excellent resources for employee relations. If you would like to further discus your concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. All the Best, Alfonso Gonzalez CEO, Nespresso North America
