I am happy to read that you are enjoying your job and the benefits that came with it, from employee discounts to professional development trainings. When my schedule allows, I enjoy interacting with Nespresso employees, listening to them and also answering their questions.
In the newest boutiques, we have now introduced a new technology that allows the Boutique Coffee Specialists to take orders on a tablet and fulfill them in a more efficient and customer-friendly way. Also, on a global level, we are working with Nestlé teams to review and enhance IT processes. Upgrades are in the pipeline.
