Hello - Thank you expressing the pros of our flexible work arrangements and benefits. I am sorry to hear about your other experiences. We do count on our leaders to recommend to us former colleagues who they have seen perform well in other companies. We want leaders with coffee experience and sometimes would like to bring leaders from other business sectors who we can teach about our top quality coffee. This cross-pollinating brings ideas from the outside and enriches our company. Of course, we have guidelines in place to ensure all employees at all levels throughout the organization abide by our Code of Business Conduct, and our Leaders continue to role model this behavior. With respect to growth opportunities, we are committed to developing our employees using several leadership and management programs including our new Journey to the Heart of the Capsule initiatives. We encourage all of our qualified employees to apply! If you have more specifics you want us to look into, please contact me or our confidential employee help-line at 888-424-2409. Thank you. Guillaume Le Cunff President @ Nespresso USA
