      Salary is okay and recruitment process is slow but smooth

      Cons

      CO provides you a client but unfortunately I was assigned to a client who lacks management experience and lacks transparency. After my dismissal without probable cause, CO doesn't care to assign me with another job opportunity. They only care about making money.

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
