Pros
I've worked here for almost three years now. Indeed it has been a great place for gaining experience. Ms. AC Lopena and Ms. Ayie Layco has been positive of the work environment and keeps on improving the process to make the process easy and friendly, accommodating every single concerns, delivering feedback and resolution in a timely manner. They promote and work improve work life balance.
Cons
We are having dispute almost each cutoff even if our timesheet is correct, DIsputing is time consuming and the time to process is long. It will be better to improve the process for payroll.
