      Pros

      Location is convenient. Maintenance staff are accommodating. The workplace is neat and clean. The office is air conditioned. The management is not that strict and they are approachable. Improvements are being undertaken in the facilities and operations.

      Cons

      Facilities are fair but lacks amenities/rooms that contribute to work/life balance. Salary is not competitive enough but ofcourse this in the account/client's discretion. Lacks trainings/seminars to their employees for personal development.

      Pros

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
