      Aside from the state of the art office space, day shift schedule, competitive salary, free coffee, and professional co-workers, not to mention that we have a Relationship Manager who touch base with us regularly, what I love about working with Emapta is that, me and my husband can work together! With my better half near me, it just makes me feel at home and safe while working.. And ohh, the referral incentive!

      Pros

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
