Pros
I've been an employee of EMAPTA for three months now, and I'm totally loving it here. First, the company has multiple offices, meaning you can request to be assigned to the office closest to your place. Also, they prioritize the welfare of their employees so you can request for flexible working hours or even work from home if necessary. All you need is the approval of your superior and client, and it will be granted, stat. In fact, I was so impressed with how fast they've transferred me from BDO Equitable Tower in Makati to Asian Star Building in Alabang. Just 3-4 days upon request. And I was also granted flexible working hours on my second day. Super grateful for that. Haha. <3 Not to mention HR's efficiency and friendliness, and most employees are welcoming and professional. Lastly, the company offers above average compensation so feel free to express your desired compensation. If they like you, they'll find ways to match it. :)
Cons
Hmmm, top of mind is the lack of "free" parking spaces for employees. They should at least get slots for the upper management like our relationship managers and the C-levels. Another thing is the lack of active organizations in the company (i.e. outreach organizations, photography club, writing club, etc.) that allow employees from different sites to meet, collaborate and bond as well. I just think having such organizations can make the employees more engaged, loyal and involved in company activities.
